Dukie DRV Cylinder rotation assembly

So my brother took apart my DRV after it started leaking about a year ago. Its been sitting in a box since then in pieces, and with all the time I have with coronavirus I figured Ill put it back together. I cant figure out how all these pieces are supposed to fit together... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated (Sorry if the photo doesn't upload properly, Im not very familiar with the forum)

Turns out Im missing the middle polished metal piece... Not sure how to go about replacing/fabricating a new one :/
