Renegade sock hat and mystery sock hat with foam visor

I don't think I have ever seen a Renegade Action Sports sock hat before until I acquired this one. The sock part is mesh.

No labels on the faded foxwood sock-hat. I did find a picture of someone wearing the same style but I now can't find that picture on the interwebs either.

I know that Smart Parts took over Renegade at one point but that's about it. Both sock hats do not fit me with my planet-sized melon so you have my patient wife as a stand-in.

Any info on these?

The bottom one looks like someone Repurposed a sleeve. Top looks like a mock neck collar opened up and some mesh attached.

I don’t remember this being an official product likely a trashed jersey material repurposed like what people do with Sandana scraps.

I had considered this but the seam is professional grade and does not have the home-spun feel to it.

A member does have one for sale in the misc section but in tigers-stripe so it likely was a SP or Renegade-esque product.

Both are offical products. This only the 2nd mesh renegade sock hat I’ve ever seen. I saw the first one a few months ago at Earon carters memorial game.
