    ZForce Questions

I've just acquired a ZFroce Pump body kit from woouulf and I've got some questions for anyone who's familiar with these things.

First off, it's 11/16th bored and doesn't have a spring perch. What Type of valve springs can you use? Would a Trilogy Spring Guide from Bearded Works or an ATTKTX Gold Chber Spring Perch allow for the use of standard autococker springs in this body? (Links below)

I'm also considering a Lazarus valve and Angry Paintball Jenni Kraig Delrin hammer setup but that seems a bit overkill for this sniper build.

Lastly, has anyone Mini'd one of these? This is something else I'm considering because these bodies have non-standard front block threads and I'd potentially like to run a different pump kit.

Any input is greatly appreciated! 👍

I remember there were some random STBBs back in the day that used plastic spring perches for valve springs. They looked like rods with 4 fins to center in the core.

I also picked up one of those z-force kits, partially because I was really curious about how they designed the top/bottom tube interface. Do people normally use RTV or some kind of sealant around the valve port? I was expecting some kind of recessed counter bore for a seal or o-ring like on an Angel rota breech but it's just flat. I also wonder if one of the matched holes is for a load bearing dowel pin, because otherwise it's just two very small SHCS holding everything together, 4-40 if I'm eyeballing correctly.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe they top and bottom tube need to be sealed. My CCM is a two piece body similar to the ZForce and sealant isn't required.

There should be a pin in one of the holes, yes.

If you need me to make a spring perch, i can. I would just need the body to do so.

I'm probably going to send you my Freeflow to tune up and I'll send the ZForce along with it.
