    ANS Gen X series bodies

Does anyone know if these were all based off of pre2k bodies? I’m asking because looking at the ASA it looks like they are all the type for the pre2k shape.

Possibly, or even non wgp blanks

I believe I remember hearing they were from over seas.

If it has the SN at the ASA it’s a WGP body

Typically yes, but I have bodies given to me by bud that don't have any

can you school me on that body? Every slab side GenX I see is either left or right feed. I’ve only seen a handful of the vertical feed slab side cockers. I think Doc or CockerTop mentioned that they were based off the 99’ cocker. Threaded IVG?

They made centefeed ones... I've cut up at least a dozen 15 years ago because nobody wants them and they are cheaper than blanks of the same era

I have a 99' RF, (nvm the post 2k backblock/bolt haha) I guess I'm the odd guy out I don't mind the Gen X milling.

I just purchased a vert feed Gen X cocker. The milling is cool and shows how old it is which I appreciate. I purchased the marker mostly because I want to swap all the ANS parts (minus the front/rear block and bolt over to a 2k+ WGP body. That way, I’ll have the exact cocker I had when I was 13 (I’m 36 now)

Ive done quite a bit of searching today and it seems like the GenX vert feed slab sides aren’t as common. I’ll have to think of something cool to do with the GenX body.
