    metadyne feed

anyone know the thread pitch for the metadyne feedneck as seen here? this one was listed as "Metadyne Industries Phoenix Stock Class Feed"

i jumped the gun and purchased expecting to cut the feedgate or mess with a Dremel for an oring feedgate for it to work properly

at this point was planning to order 8-32 helicoil kit like for the phantom to connect this stock class feed to a rf cocker (once i remove the rf feedneck post)

Any particular reason why you want to change the feedgate style? Also this feed isn’t going to match the contour of an autococker body like a phantom feed does. That single mounting screw is going to be doing all the work. Also on the phoenix the area where the feed mounts is raised so it’s not going to lay flat like a phantom feed. This is a very marker specific stockclass feed probably not ideal for mounting on a right feed sniper

on that little foot, below the raised area, is that a hole for another screw?

the seller listed that the feed wouldnt work without modification. while clarifying he said to cut the feedgate plastic or feed balls one by one. So, in the event his first fix actually didnt work i wanted a plan b.

I know someone who has been looking for a SC feed body for their thumper. If you decide you want to go a different route and get it to a good home before modifying it, let me know.
