Empire Trracer Stainless Steel Bolt - any schematics or diagrams?

I've owned an Empire Trracer as my main marker since high school; it's light, sturdy, easy to maintain, and parts are still relatively easy to find even after it's been discontinued. That said, the aluminum bolts are a major issue. I've gone through 2, coming up on 3, in the last 8 years or so.

I've recently heard about others making stainless steel bolts for their trracers, though I can't seem to find anyone who's selling them today. However, I do have access to high tech machining equipment. For anyone who has made these steel bolts before, was there any sort of diagram or schematic used for it?

I 3d modeled one with a stock bolt and set of calipers. Haven't had any luck finding the file unfortunately, the STL is likely useless for machining anyway.

I definitely did that with the first bolt, but in the end I still had to replace it anyways. Plus it had me stressing about it on the field too lmao

If you’re located in the US you could send me one of your bad bolts and I could either fix it or make one out of SS.. fixing could be as simple as a helicoil …

Ahh, unfortunately not in the US, though it's never actually the screw holes that go bad, it's just the outer diameter of the bolt itself + the rear facing lip. The constant use just wears it down to the point were it doesn't properly load anymore.

If anyone ever did another run of those bolts I'd be down for one.

IMO the empire Trracer is the absolute best value pump gun. I love mine and use it pretty regularly.
