I just got a new frame for my cs1 for Christmas because the original had the classic bending issue. When I put it all back together after re-lubing it a violent leak started from around the grip frame and trigger. I’ve tried taking stuff back apart and re-lubing the two gaskets between the frame and body and the plunger seals but I’m not sure what’s wrong. Any thoughts?

If you tried the gaskets between the frame and body and you’re reasonably sure they’re good, then maybe it’s the solenoid that’s leaking? -
Yeah unless the gasket is missing or in the wrong spot it's not the gasket. You really won't see a violent leak if it's in place.
Things to try
Turn the regulator down. An overpressure situation can vent through the noid. I usually wouldn't consider this "violent" but it's worth checking just in case
Check the spacing of everything. I had an issue when I was working on a friend's emek and swapping some parts around, turned out one of the setups has a spacer in it in the transfer tube that I forgot about. That was certainly a violent leak. I had to look at the two side by side and finally noticed that one transfer tube was sitting lower in the frame than the other
Check your manual, typically PE is pretty good about their troubleshooting guides. Find anything that results in a leak through the frame and check it off.
Correct frame screws? Too long can leave the grave spaced off of the body

Manual doesn’t have much about grip frame leaks. There’s no transfer tube because air goes through the trigger guard.
Seems like resetting the regulator might be a good idea. Close it all the way down and slowly open it while aired up. You may have some seals whose tolerance were happy with your old frame but not with the new one - try replacing those. You might also have damaged your piston stem / if that’s seriously scratched or the o-ring it seals against is then air will just leak through the regulator.
Found this video - seems like it’s your issue. (CS1 and GEO 4 are nearly identical mechanically). Check the 008 o-ring and piston shaft & piston o-ring. You could have lube on the seal face, but that wouldn’t likely cause it to leak violently.
