    Working with resin grips

Ok so I just bought these cool swirled resin grips but the hump at the top of the grips won't let the frame sit flush with the body like it supposed to, can I just sand them down without messing them up, it was the last pair and idk if they are gonna make another run of these so I'd rather not mess them up, if so what grit sand paper should I use to bring the hump down

idk why it's putting all my pics sideways, they all apear normal in my phone when selecting them, shit is gonna drive me nuts

Start with some 220 grit and get higher until you get the finish you're after (probably 1000 grit). You can also hit it with a bit of heat to get a gloss finish( but be very careful, as you can scorch it instead of smoothing it out)

They are going on your typical blue trilogy so the satin finish is fine but yeah I had that same thought lol

And ok sounds like the typical sanding procedure

The image flipping has to do with an auto orient feature our phones must have added in a recent OS update. I've been told you can fix this by cropping your image ever so slightly on the bottom edge of the photo prior to posting it. Not my idea, but it's been working for me.
