    STBB ics

I have this model fish that I want to put one of those ICS bolt systems in but what I have doesn't fit, it's out if an SRT fish, is there a version that will fit this older model fish

On the flip side would it be safe to sand down the sides of the ICS to get it to fit or am I just asking to get some internals blown into my face

Was there ever a metal version of the black plastic piece that holds it all? I'd feel safer milling that down unless the plastic version is strong enough after milling

You'lll be fine to sand it to fit. All the force of the spring is on the retaining pin hole which looks plenty thick, Ive seen other backblocks with just a small groove that the retaining pin goes in and those work fine.

Ok so after some Google fu I found a video of my model with an ics so there has to be a version that fits it, if anyone has a ics version that they know for a fact that it came out of a model like this I'd be interested in purchasing it

The ICS is held together with a C clip, just pop the C clip off and swap it over to the original block. I did this on my fish that didn't have the ICS.

Any chance I could get pics of the ics you put in it if you still have the marker, the block on the fish I wanna put it in doesn't have the recess for the spring to sit in so idk if it's gonna work, that white bolt guide on the end was fun trying to get off as well lol
        Working...
