Anyone have any recommendations on some new paintball pants? Living in Hawaii then moving to Houston, TX in a few months. Looking for one that is lightweight and actually ventilate and breathes well. I don't need the ones with crazy paddings.

Another advocate for Kinetic pants. Of all the pants I've ever worn to play paintball my wife has described the Kinetic ones as "least offensive looking" which is high praise =P
I also like the fabrics, durability and comfort.Comment

Duluth Fire Hose cargos with the Double Knee are my new favorites.
Fleabay for like $20, OD green, Khaki, Black and even a few Camo patterns
Very stretchy in the crotch, thick enough to take the abuse of woodsball, still reasonably breathable.
Loose fit but not super baggy.
Im not a joggers guy so ymmv
but i liked the first pair of these so much, i now own several.Comment

You have to get their original fire hose. They make a stretch version they call “Fire hose” and they are not durable like the original ones. I made that mistake on there Black Friday sale thinking they were the same but they are not. They do remind me of the old JT cargo pants. -
so, im actually talking about the ones that stretch.
I can tell they arent as durable as regular, non stretch heavy canvas but they are baggy enough for me, i dont see any danger of ripping them. ive been sliding and crawling and running them through all the normal abuse and theyve held up great! didnt even need any break in since they were used and fit well.
anytime i find them they are listed as:
"Duluth Fire Hose Flex Cargo Reinforced Knee " -
You still can get the original 100% Cotton Firehose Pants - https://www.duluthtrading.com/s/DTC/...html?color=BRN They just do not have the double knees but I've not worn through my single layer knees yet and they have 15ish years of paintball use. Looks like they are in a use up situation though guess I need to buy another pair or two to throw on the shelf.

I bought a pair of Undr Recon pants thanks to advice here and have been really happy with them. Little more old school and loose with enough padding in the knees to not need knee pads. Generous venting along back of legs etc, make them incredibly cool in the summer. Vetran owned and made to order. Highly recommended and reasonably priced for what you get .Comment

3 back to back recommendations for kinetic. I went to check it out online. lol you weren’t kidding about the price. Didn’t think joggers would be as much as a mask 🥲 have how is it during the warmer/hot months?Originally posted by cstx_pbI also like the kinetic pants, their only downside is the cost. They have solid fabric in the front and a sort of mesh in the back, very comfy and easy to run in. The waist adjustment straps work well and don't dig in to your skin while playing.Comment
