Where to Buy Quick Disconnect Couplers in Bulk

I am working on getting a fleet of rentals built and I need Quick Disconnects for the steel braided line. I need about 150 - 200 of them actually since we use them in everything. Yes, we still use steel braid line AND CO2 :-P


Ideas on where to go specifically?

Two words - EASY Tear down.

These aren't typical "Paintball Field" rentals. These are modified. Trust me on this. Quick Disconnects make everything so much easier.

You will get so stinkin' sick and tired of changing those o-rings... Any big game where they have stations, you will always find someone changing those out constantly.
Add the temperature fluctuations they will see from the cold CO2 to hot summer temps.
Have fun with that one.

I made vertical ASAs to go on clamshell BT4 Combats for the MBoB. Have to remove the ASA to access the internals to clean after a game.

I also made a shit ton of vertical ASAs for procarbines and prolites. Does that help?

Which O-Rings? In the coupler? We haven't had issues in the past. And we swear by the CO2. Especially when we are doing ALL day plays and "combat simulations" with the military. CO2 is just more economical and practical for us.

Yes, there is a small o-ring inside the coupler. If you read the features of the link Jordon posted, you will find the following: "Nitrile (Buna-N) seals provide wide operating temperature range".
That is the o-ring.
If you don't have that, then the pressurized propellant (CO2 or Compressed air) will just leak around the male fitting.
Eventually, both fittings will wear down and leak from constant usage (putting it on/taking it off).
Sometimes the o-ring will get nicks or cuts in them and will eventually not seal.
Add in dirt/grit getting in there.
It is cheaper to replace the o-ring ($.10-$.50) than to replace the whole body ($10).
