I take it this is going to cause spring binding issues and give me a headache, I have a frame screw protruding into the bottom tube of my trilogy

Make sure you didn’t reverse them first. Long in the front short to the back. But it’s likely due to the massive drop on the Trilly hinge frames. Standard cocker frames sit much closer so the long bolts are not required. Especially on frames that are hidden inside like a most CCM style frames. Those are usually really short.

Their not, they are the same length I ordered a whole bag of them lol

Needs a trim then. Careful when you cut it that it doesn’t mess the threads up you can easily strip out the threads that hold the frame on and that would not be good. If you have a nut the right size I like to thread it on cut it to length then back the nut off. This should straighten any wonky threads after the cut.
