Different bore sized barrel tips

Is there a drastic difference between something like an Inception or Deadly Wind ~689 vs a 697+? Will efficiency be different? Sound signature?

I wouldn't say there is a drastic difference. You may see slightly more consistent numbers over the chrono from the smaller bore barrel tip.

Yes, larger bore tip will be less consistent and louder.

I think it'll depend on your back size of choice. Parabolic barrels are bored so that the tip is .005 larger than the back.

I have one of his thin air kits which comes with a .685 tip and a .695 tip. each tip is supposed to go to the two smaller or larger backs respectively.
