    Leaking Automag

It's been over 15 years since I had one of these apart, and I've been spending the last couple nights tinkering with my old RT Pro to get it back up and running. I've really made some good progress minus one problem. When I air up it has a constant leak from the pointed at hole. I can cycle the marker properly but it will continue to leak from said hole.

    What am I missing here?

regulator pin - split the halves and you'll see the pin end in front half. use oring pick through the hole in center of pin to gently coax it out, careful not to bend.

the two orings on the end are what you're changing. There's a spacer inbetween. These parts are in a rebuild kit.

You can carefully remove/install the new orings over the tiny c clip, you don't have to take it off.

both the c clip and the spacer between the two orings are known to go flying, be careful.

Thank you very much. Was EXACTLY the issue. She's up and running once again.

Make sure you do not scratch the shaft. It will also cause it to leak.
