Eblade Solenoid housing leaking out the front, losing my mind.

I’m at a loss as to what’s wrong at this point.

The noid housing is leaking at even the slightest LPR pressure, I used a little oil and can visibly see the leak from the front of the gasket. The noid is brand new and a similar problem on the previous one prompted the replacement, now the same problem plagues this one.
    Some things I tried:
    - Swapping Gaskets with a spare, not new but pretty sure the current one is pretty new.
-unplugging the front ram hose to see if the ram is leaking out the front, it is not.
    -tighter screws
    -oiling the noid

KEY THING I NOTICED: noid does not leak when the backblock is locked to the rear. Not even a little bit.

If anyone has experience chasing this problem and can show me what a healthy gasket/orientation looks like I would be grateful, at the extreme I would send it to someone for a partial rebuild.

Are your 3 way hoses in the correct orientation? Are you sure your LPR is actually regulating? If it’s blown out then you’re just dumping high pressure into your solenoid. Also you shouldn’t be using oil on the solenoid

At this point that may be the only thing that's wrong. I'll take it apart soon.

The pressure and leak does increase as you screw it in

It's your ram not the noid.

The noid is fine and always has been, it's venting the front end of the ram to allow the ram and everything connected to come forward.

The sail o ring in the ram has failed and is allowing air to bypass it and go into the front section of the ram which then gets vented out of the noid like it should

Pull the hose on the front of the ram off to confirm, at rest there shouldn't be any air in it. If there's air coming out of the ram like I bet there will be, this is a ram sail ring problem

Did you crank up the LPR with the front hose off?

It has to be something with the ram. When your pull the back block back and it stops there's nothing in the noid that would change. Swap the ram with another and see what happens

Edited my post, I didn't see that you already had the hose off. It still has to be something with the ram though

LPR pressure tester ordered will report back if I manage to fix myself through some miracle.

I've never felt the need for one. Pull back the back block, it should be difficult but not impossible to pull. If you have it there, you are in the ballpark of where you need to be and everything else is personal preference/performance needs

Well just to see if the lpr is having issues I can't tell at this point
