Looks like it to me. One day I would love to building a micro sniper. For parts I'd post a WTB in the BST section.

How do you want to build it?
      pump, stardand pneunatic or eblade?

All the parts can be found here

Probably the hardest part to find will be the PTP feedneck
Is the pin under the sled in good shape?

Indeed does look like a modified PTP MicroCocker. For the most part you can just build it up like a regular cocker, looks like the back of the lower tube has been shortened up a bit aggressively though. Are there any internals? Doesn't look like a ton of space for the velocity adjuster.

The lower tube wasnโ€™t really shortened it was just cut at an angle. So maybe an 1/8 of length off the back. Any dialer style velocity adjuster should still work fine using the beaver tail hole.

Iโ€™m not going to download your pic but I do want to see this. Anyone up for some computer karate? Make this picture show up here without me downloading mystery files. Thank you.

Depends on how you want to build it. The limiting factor is going to be the lower tube if it doesnโ€™t already have internals. Youโ€™re going to need a dialer style velocity adjuster. Which is going to limit the hammer length you can use. Other than that the power feed might be difficult to source, but you can put a modified spyder style 2 hole feedneck
