Does a replacement reg seat come with the factory RSX rebuild kit?

Sold an RSX and reg seat went. Guy bought a rebuild kit but not sure if it has a reg seat in it.

Looking at the picture of everything included here, it doesn't look like reg seat VRG106 is included. The good news is VRG106 is cheap and readily available. It's used in JT Impulses, and nearly all GOG/SP/DLX markers.

I should knock on some wood. My og rsx ( which is a super low serial number. I wanna say 188) is still kicking with all the original o rings. every time I take it out, I wonder if it'll work again.
