      Peep the serial number.

And if you don’t know docfire, now you know.

Take a look at his website, he’s got a AC serial number chart that will tell what age this Autococker is by the serial number.

It's not his list, created by Thumper (old Teammate), that stopped compiling info many years ago. It would be nice if someone kept up the list, but that would take effort.

The problem with the list is Bud has stated while the serial numbers are consecutive to bodies they were used on were not

Thanks for the shout out. The list is not mine but a relic from the past forums. On a side note I too had have a lot of "Not always helpful and generally a trole" pertaining to $L!mBo 🤝

I've never looked at serial numbers, just the size of the banjo hole. Small, pre2k. Big, 2k.

This was a cool full sniper build that was recently sold and now being parted out

Good info here guys. I try to figure out what era a cocker is by: back block, banjo bolt, bolt knob/handle. I did notice a high number on the serial.. This one kinda stumped me. Had to ask.

On full sized body, ASA is another way you can tell. Pre 2k will be squared where the asa and body meets. While 2k+ is rounded.
