Who owns the marker this ICD barrel belongs on?

Found this locally and bought it with a bunch of junk because I figured there is a lonely marker out there without its barrel. Probably paid a bit to much for the junk but its worth a try. I don't know ICD markers well but anyone know what private label shop would have done a B2K type marker with this? Seen this type of splash plenty of times but never on a Dye barrel. Any help IDing or if your missing it please let me know

Eclipse used dye barrels on their Private lable guns.... Among other barrels too

I figured it looked like a typical Eclipse splash but I just can't find any Eclipse ICD markers with Dye barrels and if I am not mistaken the Eclipse Bushys are cocker threaded

There was that window In the early days of PE where you send a marker to get "Eclipsed". Basically an anno, and some Eclipse parts.

Unmarked bore so 688 and I think its a 14 but I will have to check

Wasn't aware ICD had anything to do with those. I thought it was just BBT, I will have to look
