Thinking about getting a dragunfly, I know that they don't actually use cocker parts and I've heard that they're hot garbage, but what actually makes them hot garbage? Also, what's a reasonable price for one that needs repairing?
Dragunfly E-"cocker"?

For starters....
Poor build quality, crappy grade aluminum, they use more Spyder based parts than cocker making them just slightly compatible with cockers.
A reasonable price for one that needs to be repaired is free... No money should change hands

Similar story... my teammate won one and first time using it tripped and ripped the frame right off like there wasn't even threads. He gave it to me to helicoil, surprise! The body stripped when threading it for them.Comment

One thing about the Dragunfly that is hard to grasp until you hold one is just how much thicker and heavier the body is than any autococker you've ever held.
The gun is needlessly, cartoonishly fat.
