Opinions on the shocktech swing frames?

Thinking of trying the OG shocktech swing frames. Has anyone had good experiences with them? Would you recommend it for a mech or get something newer? How does trigger pull feel? Putting it on a meteor body I bought. *Picture for reference only*

I second Superman, these just seemed like a flop to me all around. Much better options out there.

If your looking for something older/unique wont break the bank i have always liked the Powerlyte swing frames.

        I'm the opposite camp...

I find them very easy to shoot fast and aside from the dye single swing frames one of the better looking ones

They flopped because they hit market very late, last one released in fact

I only like single triggers for mechs, which is pretty biased, i guess.

I love the system-frames. Feel close to if not better than the works/Ccm frames

                I didn't like mine.

What you can't see from the picture is that there's a big scalloped cut on the backside of the frame where it sits in the meat of your hand. This made mine very uncomfortable to hold without gloves on.

I’ve had issues like that with other frames, I think I’ll steer away from this one then

The shock tech swing in this post is a late model unit which are decent and look decent.

The actual OG ST swing is hideous and works amazing.

The one you got is a good frame too. Also ugly!

Most cocker hinge frames are pretty high functioning. WGP hinges were like 150 bucks and people paid that for em. And they're the ugliest of all. A theme.

Oh yea the WGP frames feel so nice, however they’re so ugly I never use them. I have it on a loaner but I use it more than my expensive cockers. I love the System-X frames, even the wgp look a-likes. You can walk the trigger on them

Yeah I got a WGP hinge on a Trilogy and it sings.

CCM / Works and Inceptions Rip frames are my favorite double trigger hinge. But I prefer single finger triggers. I think the Works/CCM hinge the nicest looking one especially the frames with the classic triggers and the *86 grip. Like this one, they are hard to find not attached to a marker already unfortunately.

The Works frames are my favorite as well. Used to have a gold works cocker. I have sellers remorse from that sale

It’s hard to beat a good tuned Works especially for the money they bring.
