    What is this marker?

    ​I saw this in an eBay lot and I can't figure out what it is but it also looks so familiar. It definitely isn't just a spyder clone and there's that distinctive microline fitting on the back of the ram, but I just can't figure out what it is

          Odyssey RPM. It is the exact same as the Diablos, but they came with a bottomline reg and no front grip. Actually now that I look at it, maybe they were high pressure and the bottomline reg is the LPR. It doesn't have an LPR up front.

              The gauge on the bottomline only goes to 600psi so I'm inclined to think that's an LPR and then it would have a gas-thru foregrip. Any idea how much they're worth?

                This one obviously has a VASA, but stock they just had a hose going straight into the body. Price wise, I'd say maybe $75? The Diablo versions are definitely nicer, and they're usually not much more than $100.

                Fasors!

                I wish more fasors had been made or that someone was still making them. They are usually pretty robust and have a decent shot quality

                    I agree, I played with my ebolt 98 (which is a FASOR) today and it shot great. Considering it's easier to manufacture and uses cheaper parts (particularly the noid), you'd think there would have been more of them.

                        I think at the time springs were kind of seen as the devil. If it had a spring in it's design it was bad.

                        Heck early on I poo pooed the slg a lot because it had a sear and a spring.

                        Now I love the platform, yes the later ones are finiky but that's primarily due to dyes manufacturing them to be cheap not the base design. I think they were around $180 back in the day and while not very efficient they sure have a nice shot quality

                            The bottomline regulator on the RPM is the input regulator for the whole gun. Unlike a Diablo Wrath, the RPM has no LPR; the RPM's solenoid and ram are fed the same input pressure as the valve, similar to how an Infinity Legend is set up.
