    Hammer 7

So, there are some magfed events nearby that I wanna attend, but I wanna play pump. Are these pretty decent? And any ideas on where to find one? Thanks for the info in advance y'all, appreciate you.

Stock they are pretty bad. But there are tons of mods for them to make them great shooters pretty easily.

They can be a little bit of a challenge to find. Prices for these have varied wildly. I may have one that I could be talked into letting go.

Any recommendations or insight into what mods?

Shim the pump handle with a penny, sand the handle bigger to fit a freak barrel, there is now a no cut dye dam / PE mag well lower that takes AR grips. 900-1000k input pressure and use HPA.

The major issue is feed reliability. Mine always flipped rounds 90 degrees several times per magazine. I do not know the mod for that but I hear there is one. Some guys hacked them up to fit a DYE DAM magwell in but I think it can be done more easily. Surely someone here knows how

I think it has to do with the QC of the new FSRs. They have a prominent nipple from the manufacturing that catches the magazine detent. I have some very old white/grey FSRs that have a much smoother front. I found that I had to sand the tips of each round to keep them from flipping. I'm sure they may be a mod to the magazine they could eliminate that step.
