ID unknown regulator

Does anyone recognize this regulator?
It has been in my parts collection for at least 10 years and I don't know what it is or where I got it from.
The threads seem to be M14 x 1.5mm

It almost looks like a bob long victory reg, threads are wrong but milling on bottom half matches pretty well, some crazy lpr maybe?
