    Karnivor cocking point

Not too familiar with ICS cocking systems but the backblock is pretty much flush and the rod is all the way into the backblock aswell and the gun cocks when the bolt still has a millimeter or so still in the breach.
What kinds of fixes are out there for this, the backblock is out about as far as it can be.

Is that the stock bolt? I don't know what spec bolt the Karni's used.

Perhaps you need to back out your cocking rod stop. It should click onto sear with just 1/8 inch of the bolt head showing. Hope that helps

Disconnect the ics rod from the backblock. Unscrew the back block from the cocking rod to move the bolt back to desired position. Then reattach the ics rod and blue loctite it in position. Your trying to lengthen the travel on the cocking rod. Good luck.
