Brazer for low pressure M98 kit

So I recently picked up a used M98 low pressure kit off the bay and the front tube is bent. It's brazed/welded on. Is anybody here a brazer/welder and familar enough with M98 to bend it how it needs to go?

Pretty sure it the metal line that connect to the powertube and sit in the front grip.

That's what I was thinking, but they are supposed to be bent... I was curious as to how badly bent out of shape it was. It may not be salvageable.

If this is a new kit, talk to the seller.

If it's one from tippmann, talk to tippmann, they have pretty good customer service

Is it bent like this one? if so it is correct. (my old e-bolted 98 custom with LP kit)

Paintzapper The kit and M98 is still at the store. With everything else today I just did not have time to drive there and back again today. After doing more research, which I should have done before buying it, I suspect the kit is not compatible with either of my M98s. Both of mine are Custom Platinums and have the split left side receiver and the valve/power tube does not screw in on the right side. I just saw a video on ANS Gear and well the kit there is for early model Customs. I might get an early model Custom just to use this kit.

I believe you are correct, the new powertube and valve layout for the Platinum variants differ from its predecessors. 98Cs are cheap, so picking up an older model should be easy nuff. Have fun!
