    Reviving some old PE classics — sourcing help (US)

    Figured this would be the right place to ask.

    I’m in the process of bringing a few older markers back to life:

    * NEXUS EGO 06 (now running well after full rebuild — rammer bumper, o-rings, reg seals)
    * SL74 (also running after rebuild, but the screen is fading at the edges and getting very difficult to read)
    * GEO 1 (currently down — the 4x original spool pack o-rings swelled and split - pics attached)

    Following PE’s own guidance, I tracked down:

    * EGO 7, 8, SL74, SL8R Circuit Board Assy - SKU: SPA990025A000
    * GEO/GEO 2 Spool Pack O-Ring, 4 Pack - SKU: SPA905036X000
    * GEO 2 Spare Parts Bag (which includes the 4x spool pack o-rings) - SKU: SPA050318A000

    …but only available through paintball.de out of Germany, and unfortunately they can’t ship to the US right now due to import restrictions.

    👉 Main things I’m trying to source:

    1) SL74 board / display solution
    The marker cycles fine, but the screen is fading badly.

    * Ideally looking for an OEM replacement board or screen solution to swap my SL expansion board and solenoid/sensor eyes onto

    2) Geo 1 spool pack o-rings (x4)
    The original o-rings swelled and split (pics attached).

    * I tracked down the Geo/Geo2 o-ring set and Geo 2 spares kit (which includes them)

    👉 Question:
    Does anyone know of a US-based source for either:

    * SL74 board / compatible replacement
    * Geo 1 / Geo 2 brass spool pack o-rings (or confirmed spec equivalents)?

    Also open to:

    * parts sitting in someone’s bin
    * confirmed alternative o-ring sizes that work reliably

    Would love to get both of these fully sorted — feels wrong having them sidelined over parts that definitely exist somewhere, especially the GEO over 4 tiny o-rings.

    Appreciate any help 🙏

    I don't think early pe solenoids were meant to be serviced...

    Best bet might be trying something close. But I do know with the geo2 a dead noid is dead gun. Might be the same with geo1s

    The sl74 board...... Good luck! You might have to go aftermarket

      “Dead noid” was often that lil red plastic BB that swells and sticks.

      Appreciate the input 👍

      Just to clarify—on the GEO side, the solenoid itself isn’t the issue here. Both GEO1 and GEO2 share the same noid, and while the noid isn’t really serviceable, the spool pack is. In my case, the 4x o-rings on the brass spool pack swelled and split, so I’m specifically trying to source replacements for those (either OEM or confirmed equivalents).

      I did track down the correct PE SKUs (including the Geo/Geo2 spool pack o-ring set and the Geo2 spares kit that includes them), but they seem to only be available through paintball.de at the moment, which unfortunately isn’t shipping to the US right now.

      Same situation with the SL74—board itself is common across EGO7/8/SL74/SL8R, so I’m mainly trying to find a stateside source or viable alternative for that as well.

      If you (or anyone else here) happens to know of a US-based source or has worked out equivalent o-ring specs for the spool pack, that would be hugely appreciated.

    I live in Sweden, so ordering from Germany have no additional fees since both Sweden and Germany are members of EU. Shipping would apply, of course, but wouldn't be that much.

    So, if you would like, I could buy whatever parts that you need, and then send them to you as a package sent from one private citizen to another. Would that work?

      Really appreciate the offer, that’s incredibly kind of you 👍

      I was actually able to get in touch with Planet Eclipse directly and they’re coordinating the parts through their UK and US offices for me, so it looks like I’m covered for now.

      But seriously, thank you—that was a very cool offer and definitely appreciated 🙏

      You're welcome. This is what MCB is all about. Don't hesitate to reach out if you badly need some hard to get parts from Europe some other time.

      Best of luck with your rebuilds.

    Try contacting PE support directly with the part number you are looking for. They will import parts from the Euro spares library upon request. I was able to get Cure 4/Dart bolt tips that way.

      Appreciate it 👍

      I ended up reaching out to PE directly with the part numbers and they’re actually pulling from their Euro spares inventory and routing it through to the US for me, so looks like that did the trick.

      Thanks again for pointing me in that direction!
