So I recently picked up a small lot of old gear mainly because it included an OG Automag (something I’ve wanted for years). But along with it came another marker that I’m having a hard time identifying.
The marker has “Patriot” stamped on the side and a serial number of JE02635. From what I can tell so far, it looks like an early semi-auto with a stacked-tube blowback design and a side/power feed.
A few things I’ve noticed: Brass threaded barrel (included a comparison pic next to Autococker threads), Body looks like welded steel construction, not typical machined production, Has a braided steel line bottomline setup, and General early 90s vibe.
At first I thought it might be a Daystate Patriot, but the barrel threading and overall construction don’t seem to line up with what I’ve seen online. With that said I’m not 100% sure of that either.
I’ve included several pictures, including a close-up of the barrel threads for comparison. Does anyone recognize this marker or have any info on “Patriot”-branded markers from this era?
Appreciate any insight—this one has me scratching my head a bit.
