Looking for info on a potential early dynasty shocker sft.

Gents, just bought this and rebuilt the bolt and reg, the only reason I bought it was because of the serial number.

Shockers are supposed to be shkxxxx for serial numbers, unless it's a private label of course.

I noticed this one is DSHK0002. It has a dynasty board installed in it. It's not the gloss blue we all know that was on sft's at that time, and it's a darker, more matte blue finish.

I am wondering if this is an early 2003 shocker the team may have owned/used before they had their own PL's markers milled up.

I haven't been able to find too much on it. I could be way off. Dynasty board was probably a later addition.

Either way, it was definitely a closet queen. It is in remarkably good shape for being 23 years old.

That isn't a dynasty shocker but serial number is something interesting not my area of expertise though.

Might have been an early run shocker given to dynasty prior to them getting their own private label version. Might be worth reaching out to a dynasty Fanboy for more information.

Maybe it was a display model or something?

      Not likely....

Smart parts display guns were never complete.... I've sold a few magazine add gubs they were pretty shells.

I'm leaning this as a dynasty team gun prior to dynasty receiving their of private label.
Working...
