Looking for some eblade experts that might have delt with this. Ied tadao board i got. Screen was dead and I got an led conversation made. The board powers up and lights up. Activates when teigger pulled but clapper is weak. The clapper sear seems like it isn't getting enough power to activate strong. It has a very weak clap when trigger pulled. I have another e1 frame and have checked and the clapper sear works, thought i found the issue with a bad capacitor and swapped it but still weak. Changed dwell settings on the board thru the laptop but still weak. Thanks for your time Doug

Never used a Tadao but I've heard Tadao boards can get temperamental with anything but a good quality fresh battery. My Sci-Fi get temperamental about that too and the clapper gets too weak. Once a 9v stops working in my E-Orracle then it goes into the Impulse, Evil Omen, or Revvy. -
List of random things I've had happen in the past that are along the same lines
I've had cases where the sear was binding, some junk got in and was in the sides. Polish the sear on the top the contact face and the sides to reduce friction
Are you sure the wires for each noid are not flipped in their sockets? If you plug the sear noid into the cocking noid slot it will typically have very similar results. This would also explain why adjusting dwell did nothing.
Axel pin? I've had a sear bind on the pin as well causing a restriction
I wouldn't rule out the capacitor, a cold solder could cause a similar problem but I would go through everything else on my list first

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried multiple new voltage checked 9 volts still nothing. The clapper functions as it should as I've checked with another board so no binding or interference.
I found this issues when i aired up the marker as it was clapping and triggering the hammer lug by only by hand as the solenoid wasn't cycling. I found per the tadao still in had the clapper and solenoid swapped. Once swapped the solenoid clicks but the clapper weak.
So new batteries
