Dye UL Front Rain Cover ID?

friend sent me these pictures because "you like weird S*** you must know what this is" and I unfortunately had to admit I did not know specifically what it was, it looks like a rain cover, but is too thin to be any one I've seen before, so I come to you, the hive mind of MCB, to help me identify it.

That’s definitely a Carter. Sanchez made the thinner ones.

I have a "fat" whoosh and a "skinny" whoosh. Both are Carter's work, but only the seem fat one is Dye ul threaded

That is so cool, I like the look of the skinny one with the polished finish. What do they sound like? I'm guessing the name is an hint

These smaller ones are true rain covers & are not sound effective.

The Dye threaded tips were made by Sanchez a while ago. They redid them for a bunch of different backs over the years. Most recently the F1 barrel backs.
