Powerlyte scepter barrels

Do powerlyte scepter barrel tips work for all their barrels? In the past I’ve seen the 3 piece with the inserts, but never seen the two piece barrels (until now on early). I’m looking to buy a tip and back separately and curious on the compatibility of them.

Doesn't look like it - Scepter tips had a conical breech end to help center the insert.

that is a speedline tip, it was a 2 piece barrel with aluminum and/or stainless backs. They do not work with any of the 3 scepter kits and none of the scepter kits work with each other.

thank you for the info. Any chance do you know if they 8” tip will make the barrel 14”?

I suspect so, the backs seem about 6 inches if you are still referring to the speedline barrel, I'm not at home and won't remember to dig them out and measure tonight.
