    Spyder Electra ACS Assistance

Just rebuilt a Spyder Electra ACS with rocking trigger. Aired it up and it had a very minor leak that stopped once cocked. It will fire once-ish and bounces like it’s out of air and doesn’t recock itself. I can manuall recock and it repeats the same process.

I’m using a Ninja 45/4500 with a remote line with over 1k in air. So is it not enough pressure or have I assembled something wrong? I did take the valve out and replaced the orings.

Sounds like the valve might be in backwards, that's pretty much exactly what happens

    Have you tried chrono yet?

If it is backwards it will chrono very low

    Big hole goes forwards

Also, I don't think it's possible with that marker but I'm not 100% sure, make sure the bolt is right side up

What is the tank output pressure?

Most likely valve backwards. I should have paid more attention when removing it. Standard output reg so 750-800 I would assume. I’ll pull the valve and make sure it’s the right way around.

Try CO2 ,,,Check the rubber bumper placement,,,,And the valve (small hole points away towards the back..Spyders use about 800 psi output and most tanks now days put out 600-650 psi

Trbo had it on the first guess. Flipped the valve, now airs up no problem and shoots. Getting close to the end of my tank so is a stutters a little under heavy fire, but to be expected. Thanks Trbo!

The rocking trigger is quite funky. It seems faster to rub one’s finger up and down as opposed to alternate fingers.
