    What is this?

I'm not looking to sell this marker, but I am really curious about it. It runs on liquid CO₂ only, has no velocity adjuster, and doesn't have a safety. It shoots great and maintenance is incredibly easy. It does not function with standard CO₂ or HPA.

As a side note, the tank that came with (in photo) it had an expiration date of 1990. I'm mostly looking to find out who the original creator was, what year it was produced, and what its value might be.

This is barely plastic. Metal mostly except for the pump and internals

I still have one. I think I paid $40 for it about 20 years ago.
Biggest problem I had with it was fitting an elbow for a hopper under the sight rail. Not enough clearance.
It can be a collectable to some due to its rarity, but it's a wall hanger and not a primary working piece.

TM11A, circa 1990, and notable as the first marker to come with a carbon fiber barrel.

As Ecap notes, it doesn't need liquid- it's likely just sprung badly, and you're trying to shoot tiny paint through a huge '90s bore (that's actually tapered in order to get the wound CF off the mandrel- as I recall, it was about .692" at the breech and close to .700" at the muzzle, but it's been a LONG time since I measured one.)

I disagree that it's cheap- today it's cheap, but at the time it cost only a little less than an SI Bushmaster. The body is pressed, formed and welded steel that was probably very expensive- time and labor- to manufacture in the early 90s.

I do agree it's kind of a wall hanger. The huge barrel that's not interchangeable with anything else as far as I know, and the aforementioned loader issue keeps 'em from being easily used, but they can be fielded if you want to put in a little work.

Heck, I make Freak barrels for other unFreakable guns like Carters and Rangers- making one to fit that would be easy as pie.

About $400-$450, I think- which was a chunk of change in the early 90s. I think the TM-11A was close to that- $350-ish?

Compare to a Phantom at around $350, a Spartan for about $285, and a Razorback for around $250.

As everybody says it a TM11A. I own one as well and I kinda love it. This gun is supposed to run on gaseous Co2. You probably need new springs. I'd love to use mine more but as Doc says, the bore is HUGE. I think you can turn down an A5 barrel to fit. I think it takes SL-68 barrels.

Super well built. I only wish the pump handle weren't so sloppy so the sights could be used. I think I'll take mine for a spin at the next pump game.

Doc. you ever do a freak and barrel set for this. put me down for one.

I'd need a gun to fit and measure. Wasn't that a 1" nominal OD barrel?

Is it a spring issue if it leaks standard co2 and hpa? It functions amazingly on liquid co2 and is shooting my desired fps at 275 fps

In reply to everyone: no issues running .68 caliber paint. It shoots super smoothly and is very accurate.

Barrels are absent of threads and I believe the same size as the Sl-68. ill have to check later to see if the hammer and bolt of an SL are compatible as well.

one of mine has the stock carbon fiber barrel and the other has an SL barrel both with the slip fit lockup, a standard SL barrel was .84 to .834 and the ATCI carbon fiber was .837. regardless the clamp interface gives a sizeable margin for variance in OD.

oh, shit I was was doing a quick read on the initial post and assumed it did work, The problem most likely is the trigger latch being plastic. I was told they wear down but in loooking mine over I think mine has been broken off. since its got some commonality with the SL ill hunt around to seee if ive got a trigger plate uninstalled.

I pulled the trigger pins on the ATCI and noticed the trigger plate was quite different, and the hammer had a different interface as well. Maybe an SL plate could be modified. I grabbed an SL receiver to pull the pins from, but my punch slipped and I got distracted. I’ll try to get back to that this evening. So far, it seems the ATCI trigger has an elongated trigger pin hole. I’ve been trying to find a reference picture, but haven’t had any luck yet.
