I run 2 scuba tanks at home with a scuba shop down the road. Other than that I get them filled at the field before I leave

It depends on how much you want to spend. Most fields will do it for about $1, and some scuba shops will fill them. There are high pressure pumps that will EVENTUALLY fill a tank. Stepping up there are at home units that are 200ish to 500ish that do take a fair bit of time to fill but will het it done, i reccomend some kind of drier/ water seperator to be added on. If you have big money you can sometimes find big setups used, but we are talking mutiple thousands for most.

I've got one of those bicycle pump style manual pumps. It's a bit of a workout. I can pump my 15ci 3K tank up with about 800 pumps, which I split up over about 30 minutes or so, so that I don't overheat the pump seals too much. I've actually completely filled my 50ci 4.5K with this bicycle pump too, but it took me like a whole day, haha.

I also do this. Its a bit of effort, but good in a pinch for doing some tech work.

I traded for a compressor that needed love years ago. It was the best thing i have done in a long time. I also live 45 mins from the field and tech a fair amount compared to most people.

I purchased a Yong Heng ~5 years ago and its still working well. It needs moisture seperation otherwise you get a ton of water in your bottles.
