    What is this?

    The teardrop milling reminds me of AKA.....

      Correct me if I'm wrong, weren't these things for Armageddon style tank regulators so you could "quickly" disconnect your tank from your marker(paired with some kind of quick disconnect hose of course)

          The NW quick disconnect is smaller but this does look similar.

            The NW slid through front to back, unless they made more than one style. I used to use them on my markers with T2W stocks so I could swap back to tanks quickly.

                  It is a quick disconnect..... Rail on the bottom....
