Ion ANS grip frame panel question.

Has anyone seen a printable model for these 90 degree grips on an ANS Ion grip frame? The ones I am seeing all have a 3 screw setup for Angels. Is this a one off grip setup from ANS, or are there other markers that share compatability? I could try and work something up, but I would rather be lazy and just find what I need 🤪.

Pretty sure these just used standard 45/1911 grips
