So Planet Eclipse doesn't list this part in the ETEK3 manual (it might be in one of the manuals for the other markers that use the same regulator/piston), but I'm working on an ETEK3 for someone, and need the regulator vent seal. We had a couple of NOS pistons at the field, but it turns out they have failed in the same way!
It's the part circled in yellow (46 is for an unrelated o-ring)
It's found under the threaded brass tip on the piston, and held in place with a spring.
