I need info on this PL Impulse that seems like its SIC and KAPP

Does anyone have contacts with people from KAPP back in the mid 00s? I came into possession of a Impulse that's a milled KAPP flame but it also shows evidence of it being milled by SIC. Anyone confirm exactly what this is, and even maybe some production numbers? I cannot find any evidence of these anywhere online.

      Kapp never did impulses.

That's a SIC which HSW (hyper sports works) had their hands in.

Listen to this guy. Hsw made the sic and a few other designs. Unfortunately their factory burnt down and they didn't rebuild.
