As anyone who follows the Sheridan Armory thread already knows, I'm in the middle of restoring my old PGP from high school. So far the project goes reasonably well, but I've hit a point where I need supplies...specifically some O-rings. Looking around online, I've seen several kits available with supplies of many different sizes, and I figure if I'm gonna get into this tinkering thing having a supply of O-rings will become a necessity right quick.
So, what starter kit do y'all recommend? It would be nice if I could buy it from a store rather than order it online, as I'm getting close on my PGP and would rather not A: twiddle my thumbs waiting for something to arrive by mail and B: pay today's nasty shipping rates. I will if I have to, but again I'd rather not.
As far as chain hardware stores in my area go, I have Homey Dee, Ace, Harbor Freight and Walmart within reasonable driving distance. There's also a well-stocked local store that also might have a kit, if y'all can recommend a brand - and also any I should avoid would be good to know.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
