Valken Cobra .50 cal parts help (detents specifically)

Bought a Cobra for $10 and a GI .50 cal motorized hopper for $5, thinking I'll have a nice little .50 cal setup just in case.

Of course in servicing the gunked up marker, I find that the detents have simply dissolved. I can only seem to find the detents sold by one retailer in Europe, no part number aside from the number in a diagram. A standard Spyder detent fits but is much too long and the base is shallower than the original detent. Maybe I can fit a tiny o-ring on Spyder detents and trim them shorter. Looking at pictures, some HK Sabr detents look similar, but without dimensions or direct comparison I'm just guessing. Maybe another Valken marker uses the same detents? Of course I can't contact Valken for parts anymore.

If anyone has any ideas or experience here, it would be great, before I end up ordering a bunch of different detents to try out.

How soon do you need them? Local field had Cobras for rentals. They scrapped the rentals, but I think I saw the spare parts bin in the back. I can check if they have any.

I’m traveling for work right now, so I may not get to the field this weekend. Next weekend is a game at another field. So it may be 3 weeks before I can check.

I started my boys with Cobras. They were love/hate. Loved they were actually scaled down, easier for them to handle. But the scale down made them hard to keep running (failure to recock and therefore chop paint) and hit velocity.

Carry a swab and oil (if it gets dry, things stick, increasing chance of failure to recock). Also, set velocity at 250fps max for best results in my experience.

I stripped down all the old rental Cobras at the local field where nak81783 and I play, a couple months ago, and still have all the old parts sitting in a box waiting to be recycled/scrapped, and can also check in the back for the old replacement parts box. I'll be out at the field all weekend organizing a bunch of volunteer work, but I'll see what I can find that's still usable, when I have some spare time.

This is why MCB is the best. I'm in no rush I just hate unfinished projects piling up. I'd really appreciate some extra detents and any spare wear items. I don't expect to use this thing often, I just got it because I thought the tiny little marker would be nicer than using a Tippmann rental, plus that brand new loader for $5 was begging for a home.

DanHS Absolutely, haha. I'll see what all I can salvage from the scrap boxes, but there's a LOT of stuff mixed in, so no promises there. Hopefully I can locate that replacements parts box in the back though.

ClockworkSoldier Family stuff came up (all good), so I won’t be at the field today. Maybe tomorrow. Any luck finding these parts forDanHS?

Yup, got the parts, and have some extras set aside at the field that I keep forgetting to bring home with me too, lol.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I was able to find our replacement parts, and was also able to fish a bunch of the old stuff out of the scrap box as well. I currently have two rebuild kits, and a smattering of additional o-rings, and parts, as well as 7 or 8 sets of detents. A bunch of the detents are brand new, and I also salvaged as many of the older ones from the scrap markers as I could. I set aside a couple extra grip frames, and a few pairs of grips, as well as a pair of the best condition bodies from the scrap pile. So you'll have plenty of parts to mess around with. Unfortunately I've been busy with a ton of other work at the field lately, and keep forgetting to bring those last parts home with me.

I'll shoot you a message as well, but you can just pay for shipping, and the parts are all yours.
