    Dynaflow Burst Disk

Any ideas on replacements or pressures for this burst disk? What are the two grey halves that were found underneath the burst disk?
A burst disk and creep issue are all that’s keeping me from installing this. It was excellent in testing.

Pretty sure that's a tank pressure disc, which means it'd need to be a 5K. And I'm not sure you can still even get the old loose-disc style burst discs...

The two half-moon bits? Good question, not sure I've seen those before- never had the disc out of my Dyna. I could see it being a kind of baffle, maybe, so that if/when the disc goes, it doesn't turn into a rocket?

That said, you should be able to screw in a newer "unified" burst disc in there. It'll sit above the dovetail rail, meaning you'll have to cobble or modify a mount, but it'll get the tank usable again.

I’ll give the sketchiest amazon chinesium copper disks a try first. Otherwise, HK has a low profile unified 7.5k (4,500 tank) plug that may work with the depth.
Maybe the half moon pieces compensated for the concave seating surface?

First Strike makes some very low profile burst disks. It still won't sit flush, but you won't have to remove as much material from the mounting rail to make it work.
