    Sideline or Inline?

Is this a Palmer’s Sideline or Inline? It was listed as Inline but, with the macro fitting being where it is, I’m confused.

    Working off memory here...

Male and Direct are side inlet, top outlet. They can be distinguished by the "cap" near the end with a side port for a gauge and the ASA/NPT outlet on the end of this cap.

Female, sideline, and inline are all end inlet, side output. No "cap" (or female threaded cap), it's the inlet. So the only difference between sideline and inline is the shape of the outlet fitting, whether elbow or straight. Making this technically a sideline.

Functionally identical, the input is one the end, output on the side. Think of it as a Female Stabilizer, but you can't screw a bottle into it.

Jordan So the input is the macro fitting and the output is on the side?

Yup! Input is the macro fitting end.
