    Nitroduck X-Stream Rebuild

Hi everyone, I’m dusting off my remaining gear after a long hiatus. I used to run a Nitroduck adjustable regulator (4057). I kept the reg when I tossed the tank many years ago. I’ve started disassembly to see what wear items are serviceable and if I can revive it. So far, I don’t see any reason that refreshing with the correct orings wouldn’t work. There is one custom seating surface but I’m hoping since it’s in solid shape, it’ll be fine. I’ve heard some Nitroducks were standard thread into the tanks, but I believe this one is.

Has anyone worked on one of these before? Anyone with experience working on regulators have any advice, recommendations, or gotchas I should be looking out for?

Currently I’m in a hold while I wait for a new micrometer to come so I can get more precise oring measurements.

Bonus question - does anyone remember the brand of the ASA shown in the last pictures? I ran them on all my markers back in the day but don’t recall and this is all I have left.

    Thanks

That reg was difficult to get parts for new.

Hate to say it but Chuck it. Get something newer.

When it comes to air stuff I don't want to mess around. I'd get something more modern like a Ninja Pro v2, which has every replacement part easily available.
