APP 50 Round Hopper With Clear Hard Lid?

Hi all,

I'm familiar with the standard APP / Allen Paintball Products site feeder 50 round hoppers, but on random old YouTube videos I've seen a version that doesn't have branding on the hopper itself (just Allen Paintball Products) on the rigid, clear plastic lid. Anyone know if this went by a different name or how I can try and track one down (I assume I'd have to find it used).

It was their first generation of the hopper ..

Those were the earlier lids as mentioned above, and they were discontinued for a good reason

It had a shorter feedneck as well. So it didn’t feed as good as the app”60” that improves just about every aspect of the hopper.

You could get them to feed better by lifting them slightly in the feedneck and pulling the stock lid and modifying it with a pod lid. Giving it slightly more room to except a full 50 round pod.

Definitely not worth sourcing one, get the newer version. Or better yet get a JoLo

My favorite looking 50 round hopper by far, but my azodin KP3
pops the lid open ever single shot. I hot glued it shut and did this years ago.
