    Ccm sr1

I picked this up in a lot recently and trying to find a value so i can hopefully find it a new home where it will be used. Have a few people interested.

I went through cleaned and lubed the reg, chronoing about 285 on 12 grams.
the threaded breach that is included is only for hand loading balls. I have ordered the extended shell breach for cocker barrels. It is a nice marker, i just don't see myself using it.

So let me get this straight, you load the shells, then it's a single shot bolt action with by hand reloading in-between each shot with a new shell?

I have no idea what it's worth, but when you sell I would add 2 photos

        1 completely assembled

2 a shell in the breach

Helps morons like me see what's going on

I'd never use it either, but it is cool

This is fun and I would absolutely use it, but they generally fetch a reasonably high price ( saw one with less stuff go locally for 800ish) and I cannot justify it.

There is an SSR/SR1 owners group on facebook. There are quite a few passionate collectors there. They can give you some good estimates on value, and you will probably get some top dollar offers. I sold my SR1, with the new style reg and new style shells, for around 700, just the gun, no furniture, about a year ago. I think as these things have gotten more and more scarce, you could easily get 800-1000, if not more, if you have a little patience.

Does this version have a screw to retain the shells, so you can hand load FSR's uzing the shells as a sizer, instead of pulling one out and loading one every time?

I believe so it had a screw in the top upfront in the breach area. I couldn’t figure out what it was for. That makes sense though.

I sold my SR1 a month ago with 10 shells and a 21" rifled barrel for 1600 cash, the guy drove down to get it too
