ID this Angel

Not my typical post, but can anyone help me ID this old Angel? Also a value would be great. I was told it is a Cobra, but after looking at some pictures, I cannot tell.

this is currently the best pic I have of it.

That does look like it could be a Cobra feedneck. But that's a maybe at best. But it is definitely and LED of some sort.
