    ICD Panther VTS

Pretty good overall cosmetic condition. Blowing air at the horizontal Asa.

    UPDATE:
The leak has been fixed, a dap of oil and an oring in the asa worked great!
With a bit of tuning the recock, it also cycles very well.

    Thanks for the info!

Technically it's an ICE Panther. :-)

Worth depends on who wants one. There is an article in the ICD section on mods for today's smaller paint. Also, some kind of force feed loader should minimize the need for the Pumas powerfeed.

Leaking from the horizontal ASA? Could you go into a little more depth? Is it the back bottle ASA or the front one? If front, is it leaking at the threads or where it joins the body? If the latter, a new O-rings might take care of the problem. If front, I seem to remember a trick of dropping an O-ring ahead of the bottle when you screw it into the gun. (Could be my faulty memory again.)

Panthers and Pumas seem to attract the same crowd. Low end $50. High end if somebody really wants this one or the barrell... maybe $150 if you are willing to wait. For me, the VTS flexibility on these is worth the extra $$ paid over a T-Cat or A-Cat.

I have not been keeping track lately. I think the last one I bought was $75 shipped, but that could be my memory fog.

FYI: I normally store my Cats with the bolt uncocked and the back screwed out to lesson spring tension.

Always had a soft spot for the ICD Cats, unbelievable value for what they cost now on the used market. Super solid performers with a high quality build.

Might be interested if you’re selling…
does the Front ASA flip around to be vertical or under barrel?

If it helps, I've a Puma with a BOA Snakebite that's been listed for a little while now at $180 or nearest offer. There has been no interest in it.

FYI: If you really fine tune a Cat you can get to the point where a paintball is required for recock to occur. Might also work if you block the barrel with your thumb for back pressure.

IMHO: Cats were often under rated when new. A bit biased as my first gun was a Puma.
