Not sure if this is the place for my question... but I am wondering how much this project would be worth AND more importantly how much it will cost to have an airsmith finish it..


It is missing a small bore bolt..(I have a delrin coopert bolt that I could modify to work.. but that seems blasphemous to me)
Thad adapter and end plug for the thad adapter.
tap for an RVA and tap the trigger group ( I have been contemplating investing in a set of taps and doing this myself)

Everything else is good to go!

.6780-.6785 bore size
22" barrel and side by side feedtube

time is tight and I would love to have this finished up.

I am willing to do the stock myself but for someone like WALZ I would be willing for them to make something beuatiful.

If it helps. I paid 250, and 350 respectively for my 2x rtp vipers. This is a whole different beast. I guess Id say its worth 400 as it sits? And 750-800 if you finished it.


I cant quote airsmithing cost, but Id guess it to be about 500 to pay someone to finish it.


I love vipers and I wish I was in a position to make an offer as it sits. It would make a sick project, and im a sucker for bead rails.

Do you happen to know the Interior diameter of your Vipers barrels? I am curious if this is a one off... or if all RTP's are small bore?

I wonder if at this point it would be easier to take the measurements of what i need and do the assembly myself? That is quite a bit steeper than I was anticipating to get her complete!

.684 on my 13", and not sure on the 9.5" i think they are mainly small bore.

Neat, I had no idea! It makes sense.. I had another RTP Kp style marker that was also small bore. I wasn't sure if I hit the lottery or if that was the norm!
