    Dukie what's it worth.

Thinking of letting this go. I had it together when I first got it. Shot it in the backyard. Not sure why I took it apart after. But soon after I had a long hiatus from the game. I never got the chance of using it in a game.

I am thinking of getting couple oring kits and putting it together. Even if I do. I think with the other pumps i have and building this might be towards the bottom of the list. The long barrel is freak bored.

so what would be the going price for this one.

my guess is somewheres in thr 600+ range? Id have to get it for like 200 to be a buyer.

It's effing cool none the less. It shoot like a Nelson essentially?

Is it powder coated? What finish is on it?

Not being an expert on these...

IIRC, it's a Phantom inside. Slide trigger with a CCI bucket changer that makes up the "backstrap" of the frame. Fixed feed tube so it doesn't pinch as much.

I think last time I saw just the frame it was pretty spendy, so the whole assembly might fetch a bit higher, especially with stock Phantom prices on the rise, but things are selling more slowly at the moment. I'd expect a quick sale at $600 but I haven't seen one in a long time, so it's hard to say how much higher it would go.

In 2/2023 Roach sold one with a Delrin slide for $950.

I payed $750 for a complete original one I thought that was a reasonable price. So I would suspect a lil less than that. That frame and valve can bring good money alone.

is the body a modified duck slide kit to look like a box gun?

I have Roach’s yes. Edit: looking back in my messages Roach knocked $100 off his asking of $850 for me. I payed $750 for it with a DW freak barrel and a nice case to keep it in.

dukie maybe the man himself can give his inside into this.

It is phantom. I believe dukie did two version on this. The gas through grip co2 and constant air.

flyweightnate you are correct on the slide and fixed tube.

This is powdered coating on it. Maybe that is why I took it apart again. Was looking to have it anod.

If I remember correctly I did pay $900-950 range.

I've had good luck with CitruStrip Gel to remove powder.

flyweightnate any tips on the process. I will likely only do that if I end up keeping it and want to do a ano on it.

What i did was to mask raw surfaces (or coat with vaseline), then coat liberally with the gel. Put it in a freezer bag overnight, and check progress in the morning. Use a nylon brush to scrub off the softened powder. I got minimal impact to the bare metal. Wash with soapy water when you're done.

Is the feed fixed to the body or move with the slide?

When you figure out what you want for it LMK I might be interested in it.

i did the original slides which were delrin. i made aluminum slides and feeds later. grips were always fas in grip with a slide trigger. otherwise you could use most ofther phantom options including frames if you wanted. no idea what they are selling for. full al slide an dfeed should be worth a lot more than a delrin slide though.

You made aluminum ones? Is that one posted above your aluminum body? I have never seen the aluminum slides just the Delrin ones. I have seen some people put Duck Slides on your lowers. You happen to have some pictures of the aluminum slide? Or better yet one laying around you would sell me? Wink wink Nudge Nudge…
